ニセコは初冠雪と初雪

昨日は仕事が休み。朝起きた時は雨だったが8時くらいに少し晴れ間が見えた。

で、ひょっとしてと思い羊蹄山を眺めたら白い。

それも半分くらいの高さのところまで。

今朝、アンヌプリも冠雪していた。

いや、アンヌプリだけでなくニセコ連邦が全部白い帽子をかぶっていた。

午前中仕事で花園スキー場の前を通ったら、道は真っ白。

車はまだスノータイヤに替えていないので、恐々の運転だった。

今年の雪はいつもより早く突然やってきた。

雪虫もまだ舞ってはいないのに。

 

今現在は星空がきれいに見えており天気は良いのだが、その分すごく冷え込んできている。

外の温度計を見て目を疑った。

どう見ても0度だ。

昨日の天気予報の気温とこの温度計は一致していたので、壊れてはいないと思うが・・・。

この時間で0度なら明日の早朝はひよっとして？

1週間前からストーブを点けているが、まだ本屋には大きいストーブを点けていないから小さなポータブルストーブだけだ。

部屋の温度は10度そこそこしか上がらないので、部屋の中でも厚着してジャケットを着ている。

これで冬が越せるのかなぁ～。

ふぅ～・・・。

It’s natural for all to want want to create utopia on earth and everyone has their own version of what that is. Most spend their life chasing an illusion of ‘if I only had…’ I would be happy. The truth is, as much as you would like to think you are in control of your life, you are not. Ask yourself, what or who will I hold on to when the doctor tells me I have cancer?
